Two teen drivers. . .yikes!!

Yes we now have two teenaged drivers in our home. Its kinda scary but at the same time very exciting too.  I know it means a lot to them and its such a great accomplishment and such a milestone as well.  We went to McDonald's afterwards and of course they had to drive.  Their Aunt Becky made the most gorgeous cake for them.  I'm so proud of my boys. So prayers for Momma's nerves lol but seriously pray for their safety. I love them both so much and they mean the world to me. P.S. I reckon we're gonna have to come up with some kind of rotating driving schedule haha

Happy 15th Braden!!

Wow can't believe this boy is 15 today.  So thankful of the young man he is becoming. God is good! Happy birthday, Braden.

Andy Griffith museum

Anybody that knows us knows we are huge Andy Griffith fans. So yesterday we decided to go visit the museum in Mt. Airy, NC. Meeting Betty Lynn (Thelma Lou) was the highlight of our day. She was so kind to us and wasn't in any hurry. She took time with us and as we started to walk away she wanted to see if Gunner would let her hold him. She was very sweet. I wish I could have met Andy before he died...and all of the rest of them. The Andy Griffith show is just so rare.  It never gets old. We quote it around here all the time. There has never been a show like it and there never will. Something about the simplicity and innocence of Mayberry....makes me want to live there :)

VBS

Vacation Bible School is one of my favorite times of the year. We just have so much fun. A precious girl gave her heart to Jesus this year and that makes it worth it all. That's what its all about. I don't have a lot of pictures. I was quite busy this year so I just snapped a few of my kids. So thankful to the Lord.
