My first-born turns 12!

I'll never forget the day Ryder was born. Such joy he brought into my life. What a blessing to be called a mother.

I love coupons!!

I know, I know, you all are getting tired of my couponing stories, but I'm determined to get someone out there hooked on it. Today I went to CVS and Walmart. The picture here is my CVS purchase...a whopping $1.22 for all this stuff. Yes, that's one dollar and 22 cents!! And I did very well at Walmart, too. My total before pricematching and coupons was $83.26...I actually spent $39.04...and I saved $44.22. I always love the trips where I save more than I spend. Couponing is awesome. If you're interested in learning how to do this go to southernsavers.com That's how I learned.

O beautiful for spacious skies, for amber waves of grain, For purple mountain majesties Above the fruited plain! America! America! God shed His grace on thee, And crown thy good with brotherhood From sea to shining sea!
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. ~ II Chronicles 7:14
"The time has come to turn to God and reassert our trust in Him for the healing of America...Our country is in need of and ready for a spiritual renewal. Today, we utter no prayer more fervently than the ancient prayer for peace on Earth." ~ Ronald Reagan, from a speech to the people in February 6, 1986
