VBS 2010

We had Vacation Bible School at our church. The theme was Equipped For the Climb. We had a great time. I had the privilege of teaching the small class, the 3-5 year olds. They are just so precious and I enjoyed myself. Here are a few pictures that we were able to get of the classes and some of the activites that went on. We had a boy vs. girl contest raising money for a wonderful work for the Lord. The girls won, as usual, but the boys held out till the end. They all did a great job and had so much fun. It was such a blessing to see the kids enjoying themselves and learning about being prepared for the Christian life. It was a wonderful week and I thank the Lord for letting me be a part of it. Here's my class. I had 9 total. Lined up "choo-chooing" back into the auditorium Game time Eli
Ivy
Of course Colt was too young, but he came in to visit during game time and I had to take his picture, too.
Eliza Gavin Simon Dynber

Mrs. Beth's class
Ms. Carrie's class Bro. Jeremiah and Ms. Lindsey's class
Ryder and Braden really enjoyed this class. They speak so highly of Bro. Jeremiah and Ms. Lindsey.
Mrs. Jessica's class Bro. Billy's class
Mrs. Helen's class. . .by the way, she won the prize for the most decorated room.
This was the coolest game. The kids had a blast...I think the adults did, too. Each night, they would pick out a girl and a boy and give them a flashlight. There would be two baskets hidden in the room with hiking gear in them. The lights would go out and they would hunt for these baskets. The one who found a basket and put the clothes on first was the winner. Fun...fun!!
There was a lot of singing
Mountain climbing skit
Cool refreshments on a hot day
Fun at the park on the last night of VBS
